2. Once we know your preferences, a friendly office manager will work with you to find the perfect apartment for your needs.

3. Based on availability for your timeframe, you will be asked to fill out an official application. There is a fee of $25 per adult for the application. 

4. If the application is approved, you will be able to sign a lease. At that time, you will pay your application fee and a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
